We do not accept requests for rescheduling of classes.
Learners are advised to be present 5 minutes before the class starts. There will not be any extension of class timing or delayed start in any cases.
Video recordings of the classes will be available for 15 days from the session date.
As the nature of the class is online, we have certain constraints regarding the session duration. Latecomers will only be able to attend the remaining time of classes. However, they can access the video recording of classes within the next 15 days.
Good internet connectivity is a basic requirement for the class. If you have an unstable internet connection and the internet doesn’t work in more than one instance, we are forced to cancel the test.
Once you end the class, you can follow the same process to re-join the session.

In Online Coaching, Our CCL Expert coach does his/her best to help the candidate achieve their desired score or goals. However, the candidate holds sole responsibility for test results.
We have definite reasons for this term. Mainly because these coaching work on the client’s mindset. So unless the change is done within the mindset it is not possible to achieve the breakthrough. If the client does not agree to release old thoughts, values, behavior that the coach suspect to be holding them from achieving the desired score or adopt new ones, clients are holding themselves from gaining the score. So, the client is wholly responsible for achieved exam results.
We attain a zero-tolerance policy for distribution of content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, promotions of other service providers, or that we otherwise deem distasteful or objectionable (at our sole discretion).
Clients are not allowed to use our chat areas-mail or bulletin boards service in any commercial manner. Commercial solicitation by the user is prohibited. Users or Guests are wholly responsible for the content of their messages or conversations. Violation of this clause may, at the discretion of Aussizz, result in suspension or cancellation of your course without refund.
By providing or submitting any material to us, you are granting a perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to use the material in any way we may choose to. The includes email, discussion board postings but is not limited to only this.
No refunds or waivers will be entertained in case of non-used services due to any reasons. CCL Tutorials will not be responsible for poor internet connection or non-availability of system or system requirements from the client side, in such case no reschedule or refunds will be entertained.
For online group coaching, due to certain reasons a student is not able to continue the coaching then the student will have to intimate within 3 days of the commencement of coaching, if not initiated within 3 days, no refunds will be granted.
The scored tests, materials, question bank, or any other sort of free materials with the online group coaching will be valid for 60 days from the date of booking of the sessions. No refunds or extensions will be granted for unused products.
CCL Tutorials reserves the right to cancel any of the classes due to any unavoidable circumstances, however, the class will be covered in another manner.
We reserve the right to discontinue the service or remove from the session in case of any misbehavior or not maintaining the decorum of the class.
The client's personal information such as name, email ID, and contact number will be shared with Stripe (Payment Gateway). Apart from this, client's installed application may also accessed by Stripe. This information is necessary for the processing of payment and is saved on a secure platform.
